Refunds & Returns Policy

Run Forever Sports® is proud of the high quality products we offer and want you to be happy with your purchase. We invite you to try any of our products but realize that sometimes, products just don’t work out or don't fit as expected.

If a product does not fit just perfect, we will be happy to exchange it for you at no cost to you. (Not applicable to promo purchases over 70% or clearance)

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

If you purchased an item directly from runforeversports.com and would like to return it within 60 days, we can issue you a refund to your original method of payment or store credit (less any shipping cost).  Once we receive the item, we will issue the refund within 2-3 business days.  Please allow 7 business days for the refund to show on your original method of payment.

There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect item, we will provide return shipping at no cost.

Be sure to include your name, order number if available and a brief note detailing your request so we can take care of you.

EXCHANGES

If you purchased an item directly from runforeversports.com and would like to exchange it within 60 days, we can make the exchange free of charge if its for a different size.  Exchanges for different colors will incur return shipping costs.

Items for exchange must be returned unless instructed otherwise by Run Forever Sports.

GIFT EXCHANGES

If you received an item from runforeversports.com as a gift we accept exchanges and returns within 60 days; however, returns will be issued as store credit only. Return shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense. Items for return must be returned in perfect, un-used condition with original tags attached.
