Do not put the sleeves on over your socks. You can put socks on over the sleeves, but make sure that the socks are not so thick the that combination of the sleeves and socks does not make your shoes so tight that blood flow will be restricted.
To put the sleeve on, scrunch the sleeve together and begin to slip it over your foot. Let the front end of the sleeve go right after the base of your pinky toe and pull the rest of the sleeve over your foot and ankle. Adjust the sleeve as needed. The front end of the sleeve can be between 1-4 inches of the base of your pinky toe depending on comfort and the size of your foot.
I am very satisfied with this product. I give it a thumbs up! When I am running , I feel the support in my heel and the rest of my foot. Thank you so much. I had spent about $200 on K- Tape and the results were no where close to this item. Plus, this compression sock can be washed as opposed to the tape.Happy camper.
Love this product
Let’s me go all day long
Still never received! And emailed customer service with no response.
I wrote a review back in 4/2020 saying I needed more compression. Since then, I am recovering from broken ankle surgery (4 months ago) and find I am wearing these constantly now to reduce my ankle swelling after activity. They provide the support I need and relieve my swelling symptoms. I am increasing my rating on this review! I’m guessing now that my foot is slightly larger than it was when I first purchased this product, I am getting more compression since they fit a bit snugger now. Definitely satisfied.
My wife loves them, easy to put on and comfortable.
These are just enough support that they are hardly noticeable. Not too much compression and they are so easy to pull over my socks.
Light - good compression and support
I am very happy with my purchase. They feel wonderful on my feet.
socks are good, reasonably priced, and quickly delivered.
The sleeves are lightweight and can be worn easily all day but I feel like they needed to be more supportive. I ordered a medium, I have a wide foot and usually wear 7.5 - 8 shoe size, I’m 5’6”” tall and never would order a small, so I’m thinking I bought the right size. Just feel they are not compressing enough. I bought them to help support some tendinitis I’ve been having on my outer foot.
